A Typical Day...

 
2:45 - 3:00 PRE-CAMP

Work with an expert counselor on your game or play on a supervised net with friends!

3:00 - 3:10  STRETCHING AND WARMUP

Led by a camp staffer, campers learn to prepare for the game and useful ways to avoid injury.

3:10 - 4:00  SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Players travel through stations working on all basic aspects of the game of volleyball.

4:10 – 5:00 TEAM PRACTICE

Individuals, broken by age, ability, and male and female, will be assigned a team and a coach to work  on team playing concepts.

5:00 – 6:00 INSTRUCTIONAL GAMES

Utilizing the skills and playing concepts gained that day, campers will play a variety of games .
